Job summary

Prismatik is seeking an Inventory Clerk at our Irvine, CA location. You will maintain stock records, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure accurate packaging and labeling of outbound stock. This role requires attention to detail and reliable handling of materials.

The position reports to management and involves meeting deadlines, organizing stock rooms, and producing reports on inventory balances and shortages. A high school diploma and some purchasing experience are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year office or purchasing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains records of all stocks and materials throughout company.
• Reports details and damages to management.
• Meets deadlines for completion of the delegated task.
• Files product requisitions and order forms.
• Ensures proper storage and handling of stock received.
• Ensures cleanliness and proper organization of the stock rooms.
• Places tags and labels on inventory stock.
• Ensures proper packaging of outbound stock.
• Prepares reports of inventory balances, price lists, and any shortages.
• Coordinates with team members and other internal departments.
• Performs other related duties and projects as required by management.
