Responsibilities

• Compile records of quantity, cost, and type of material received, in stock, or issued.
• Requisition supplies; verify material received to determine irregularities in order; inspect articles and reject defective ones.
• Prepare inventory records and reports and investigate discrepancies in stock counts.
• Log parts by equipment or asset that is part of or any critical component on the manufacturing floor.
