Job summary

NFI Industries is seeking an Inventory Control Clerk to maintain accurate inventory records and support efficient inventory management procedures. This role reports to the Inventory Control Manager and requires reliable handling of daily inventory activities.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of related experience, strong MS Office skills, and excellent communication, analytical, and customer service abilities.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar position.
• Experience with MS Office and computer applications.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and mathematical abilities.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work variable conditions.

Responsibilities

• Maintains and updates inventory records
• Creates efficient inventory management procedures
• Reconciles inventories to book records and adjusts as needed
• Coordinates the annual physical inventory procedures
• Develops a program to audit returns and move returned product to its proper location
• Performs weekly cycle counts and reports
• Maintains records to track recouped product and saleable returns
