Job summary

NFI Industries is seeking a Cycle Counter to perform ongoing inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies between the physical counts and the system. The role requires timely, accurate data entry and strict adherence to inventory procedures.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, forklift experience, proficiency with MS Office, and the ability to lift 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods. Some overtime and weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
• Experience operating a forklift.
• Proficient with MS Office.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Able to lift and/or pull 50 lbs.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical inventory count and compare results with system data.
• Research discrepancies between physical and system count.
• Communicate cycle count findings to those responsible for inventory.
• Adheres to the cycle counting procedures and guidelines.
• Maintains inventory count records and data files.
• Investigates origin of discrepancies.
• Other duties as assigned.
