Frontline Source Group is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to be onsite at a customer facility in Fort Worth, TX. This direct hire role oversees day-to-day inventory management, cycle counts, and communication with customer personnel to support daily inventory needs.
The candidate will maintain accurate inventory records, manage receiving and put-away, and operate within a seasonal schedule with potential extra hours during peak periods.

Serve as the primary onsite company representative supporting a vendor managed inventory program at a customer facility Independently oversee the day to day inventory maintained at the customer location Receive incoming product and confirm receipt through the inventory management system Review customer pick lists and accurately pull requested products and quantities Record part numbers, lot numbers, and quantities within the inventory system Process inventory transactions to ensure accurate inventory levels Perform cycle counts as requested by the Supply Chain Manager Identify, research, and communicate inventory discrepancies Report cycle count results and inventory adjustments to the appropriate internal team Maintain accurate and organized physical inventory at the customer location Work closely with customer personnel to understand and support daily inventory needs Maintain organized inventory records and documentation Monitor inventory activity and communicate potential shortages or discrepancies Maintain a clean, organized, and safe inventory area Build a professional working relationship with the customer while representing the company onsite Operate effectively with limited direct supervision and take ownership of the assigned inventory Follow the customer's seasonal operating schedule Work additional hours as needed during temporary periods of increased inventory movement or customer demand
1+ years of inventory control experience required 3 to 5 years of inventory control experience preferred Experience receiving, issuing, counting, and reconciling inventory Experience working with pick lists, part numbers, lot numbers, and inventory quantities Cycle counting and inventory reconciliation experience preferred Comfortable using inventory management software and computer based systems Strong attention to detail with a focus on inventory accuracy Ability to identify, research, and communicate inventory discrepancies Self motivated and comfortable working independently without direct onsite supervision Strong communication and customer service skills Professional and comfortable serving as the company’s primary representative at a customer location Dependable with strong attendance and punctuality Organized and capable of maintaining accurate inventory records Comfortable working in a warehouse environment and following customer safety procedures Ability to work the required seasonal schedule and provide additional support during periods of increased inventory activity
