Frontline Source Group - Nationwide Staffing & Executive Search is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to work onsite at a Fort Worth, TX facility. This direct hire role supports a vendor managed inventory program and acts as the primary onsite representative for the company.

You will manage daily inventory, receive goods, pull items per pick lists, record lot/part numbers, execute cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and maintain organized records while coordinating with customer

Qualifications

1+ years of inventory control experience required.
Experience with pick lists, part numbers, lot numbers, and inventory quantities.
Cycle counting and inventory reconciliation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary onsite company representative supporting a vendor managed inventory program at a customer facility.
Oversee day-to-day inventory at the customer location.
Receive incoming product and confirm receipt in the inventory management system.
Pull requested products and quantities from pick lists.
Record part numbers, lot numbers, and quantities in the system.
Perform cycle counts and communicate discrepancies to the team.
Maintain accurate physical inventory and organized records at the customer site.
Collaborate with customer personnel to support daily inventory needs.
