Job summary

Job description

Role Responsibilities:

  1. Prior experience with warehousing.
  2. Monitoring and controlling inventory integrity.
  3. Research inventory discrepancies and ability to reconcile them.
  4. Responsible for completing physical inventories, cycle counts, audits, and reconciliations.
  5. Resolve inventory problems in a timely manner.
  6. Document damaged products.
  7. Must be able to carry up to 50 lbs. when needed.
  8. Have strong verbal and written communication skills.
  9. Identify and update work procedures; prepare daily work schedules and expedite workflow.
  10. Examine work for accuracy, organize, and maintain housekeeping in conformance with policies and procedures.
  11. Provide daily reports and updates to management.

Qualifications:

  1. Prior knowledge and experience with cycle count inventory processes.
  2. Experience with sheet-to-floor and floor-to-sheet inventory counts.
  3. Strong working knowledge of PC applications: Windows, Outlook, MS Office (Excel is a must).
  4. Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
  5. Self-motivated and eager to improve surroundings.
  6. Ability to be self-directed and manage autonomously.
  7. Ability to work cross-functionally with other departments.
  8. Must be detail-oriented.
  9. Must be able to read and write English.
  10. Additional tasks may be assigned based on operational needs.
