Job Description

The Inventory Clerk is responsible for maintaining efficient and accurate inventory management procedures in line with company policies. Key duties include:

1. Safeguarding inventory assets to facilitate shortage detection.
2. Maintaining accurate records of audits, counts, and adjustments.
3. Making system adjustments and analyzing count results to initiate corrective actions.
4. Following procedures for damaged or expired products, including shipment and destruction.
5. Providing timely responses to customer service requests and cycle count inquiries.
6. Supporting product recall processes through physical identification and segregation.
7. Running reports, reconciling count variances, and performing reconciliation activities.
8. Processing inventory adjustments to match physical movements.
9. Maintaining product identification and location programs.
10. Researching and reconciling inventory discrepancies.
11. Ensuring attention to detail in all tasks.

Additional duties may be assigned as needed.
