Location: Crawfordsville, IN

Spartech, LLC is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to join our team in Crawfordsville, IN. Our Crawfordsville operation specializes in extruding and converting flat plastic sheets into various products, including graphics, license plates, signage, and packaging, with a focus on environmentally friendly reuse of scrap plastic.

Key Responsibilities

1. Work with the plant to ensure accurate transaction of production jobs and resolve issues.
2. Close production jobs/batches in the ERP system daily/weekly.
3. Correct exporting errors between Shopvue and Microsoft Navision.
4. Maintain accurate inventory costing.
5. Manage inventory cycle counts and post adjustments.
6. Update daily resin reporting.
7. Calculate sales/transfer pricing for intercompany invoices.
8. Perform month-end inventory closing, reporting, and posting.
9. Support ad hoc assignments from the plant and business team.

Requirements

Skills/Experience:

• Ability to analyze production order data for accuracy and resolve issues.
• Experience in manufacturing and knowledge of inventory practices.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, flexible environment.
• Strong organizational skills to handle interruptions.

Desired Skills/Experience:

• 3-5 years of inventory process experience in manufacturing.
• ERP experience, preferably with Microsoft NAVISION or Jet reports.
• Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas).
• Strong analytical skills.
