Job summary

Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits, LLC is seeking a seasoned Inventory Control professional in Las Vegas to ensure accuracy of inventory data and maintain SAP/WMi integrity. You will monitor performance, guide SAP/WMI activities, and act as the primary contact for all inventory movement and inquiries.

Responsibilities include cycle counting, audits, vintages management, and coordinating with suppliers and security to resolve variances. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or four years related experience or equivalent combination.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
• Proficient in WMS/WMI/SAP platforms.
• Previous distribution center experience.
• Forklift operating experience or certification preferred.
• Up to 25% travel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cycle counting and achieve quarterly counting goals.
• Manage inventory audits for corporate requirements.
• Oversee SAP/WMI activities and data integrity.
• Primary contact for all inventory movement inquiries.
• Research and reconcile count variances per Internal Audit thresholds.
• Oversee rotating vintages and expiration dates.
• Lead in-house projects to build new items/VAP items.
• Ensure correct billing and credits on projects and spoilage.
• Investigate shortages/overages from customers, consultants, or drivers.
• Collaborate with suppliers on inventory issues and transfers.
• Coordinate with Security on shrinkage and loss prevention.
• Report on vintages, non-saleable items, and inventory issues.
• Oversee warehouse salvage transactions and other duties.
