Job summary

Swire Coca-Cola, USA is seeking an Inventory Coordinator to manage warehouse inventory controls and maintain accurate records. You will conduct counts, investigate discrepancies, and partner with leadership to meet daily, weekly, and monthly requirements. This role emphasizes accuracy, teamwork, and adherence to SAP processes.

The position requires 1+ year of inventory experience and strong PC skills. Candidates must be able to lift up to 75 lbs as needed in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years Warehouse and/or inventory experience required.
• Extensive knowledge of all Warehouse Processes and Systems (SAP).
• Analytical Skills and ability to count.
• Strong PC Skills including Microsoft Office Applications and SharePoint.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced atmosphere while walking and repetitively lifting 30 lbs; ability to lift up to 75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile finished goods inventory in SAP and the inventory database against physical counts.
• Conduct daily cycle counts to research and correct variances.
• Count and research variances in inventory and correct discrepancies.
• Work with Warehouse Leadership to ensure timely completion of finished goods and smooth production flow.
• Perform other tasks as determined by Warehouse Management, including Pallet Building when required.
