Job summary

Refresco Beverages US Inc. is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to manage and verify inventory accuracy across production and off-site locations. The role involves cycle counting, posting production data in SAP, and coordinating destruction and hold processes with timely documentation.

Strong attention to detail and SAP proficiency are essential. You will collaborate with Plant Controller and Quality teams to ensure correct disposition of on-hold inventory and maintain filing systems for

Qualifications

• An Associate’s degree in Administration, Computer Science or Accounting preferred.
• Prior experience in Inventory Control and SAP experience desirable.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Perform cycle counts before and after production runs and on a SAP schedule.
• Post daily production in SAP and close process orders accurately and timely.
• Record cycle counts, adjustments, and monthly loss tracking in paperwork and systems.
• Handle inventory-related documents including BOLs, vendor paperwork, and destruction orders.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and variance in standard loss factors.
• Produce reports for co-pack customers and aging inventory.
• Coordinate Year End Physical Inventory and ensure variance reconciliation.
• Work with Quality and Material Management to disposition on-hold inventory.
