Job summary

Reyes-Beverage-Grou is seeking an Inventory Clerk to manage daily and weekly cycle counts, perform annual full warehouse inventories, and ensure data integrity across processes in our Los Angeles facility.

The candidate will support loss prevention programs, verify FIFO rotation, and assist with discrepancies while upholding safety, quality, and efficiency standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required with 0–2 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily and weekly cycle counts and perform full warehouse inventory annually to ensure accuracy and address discrepancies.
• Support product loss and damage programs, investigate discrepancies, and participate in recoupment and disposition of damaged products; perform quality checks on date-sensitive, slow-moving, and obsolete items.
• Ensure FIFO rotation, verify put-away and transfer accuracy, and maintain housekeeping, safety, and productivity standards.
• Coordinate will-call orders and collaborate with departments to uphold safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Support product loss and damage programs, investigate discrepancies, participate in the recoup and disposition of damaged products, and perform quality checks on date-sensitive, slow-moving, and obsolete items

• Ensure proper First-In, First-Out (FIFO) rotation, accurate reserve pallet counts, and verify the accuracy of put-away and transfer processes while maintaining housekeeping, safety, and productivity standards

• Coordinate will call orders and collaborate with departments to uphold safety, quality, and efficiency

• Other duties as assigned
