Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to support store operations with inventory control, receiving accuracy, and compliance routines. The role involves processing Direct POs, FM/RTV processes, BOPIS reconciliation, and reporting while partnering with the Store Operations Manager.

The ideal candidate has shipping/receiving and retail experience, is 18+ with a valid driver's license, and can read, write, and count accurately.

Qualifications

• Shipping/receiving experience preferred but not required.
• Retail or farming/animal knowledge preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to read, write, and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work varying shifts including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Perform receiving, inventory adjustments, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Operate forklift and other equipment as needed while assisting customers.
