Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to manage inventory control, receiving accuracy, and compliance routines that support store operations. You will execute receiving, adjustments, reconciliation, transfers, and BOPIS/OMNI routines while collaborating with the Store Operations Manager.

Required tasks include maintaining attendance, working varied shifts, and ensuring Legendary Customer Service through proper engagement and compliance with safety and process

Qualifications

• Shipping/receiving experience preferred but not required.
• Retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Read, write, and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work varied hours, days, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Receive Direct POs, Omnichannel freight, and DC transfers.
• Complete BOPIS/OMNI reconciliation reports per company standards.
• Stock and label freight and perform inventory adjustments as directed.
• Partner with Store Operations Manager on inventory control and processes.
