Job summary

IntelliSource is seeking an Inventory Control & Quality Assurance (ICQA) Associate to support inventory accuracy, quality control, and shrink reduction within a high-volume e-commerce fulfillment environment.

The role involves cycle counts, audits, and data analysis to identify trends and root causes, ensuring adherence to SOPs and quality standards. This position requires attention to detail, the ability to work on the warehouse floor, and collaboration with operations and leadership.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic computer and data-entry skills.
• Ability to use handheld scanners and warehouse systems.
• Ability to reconcile inventory quantities.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cycle counts to validate physical inventory against system inventory.
• Research and resolve inventory discrepancies including missing, misplaced, or damaged inventory.
• Verify product locations, quantities, item identifiers, and inventory status.
• Investigate inventory variances and determine root causes.
• Support inventory reconciliations and corrective adjustments.
• Monitor inventory movement and identify unusual patterns that may contribute to shrink.
• Maintain accurate inventory records within warehouse systems.
• Prepare routine reports related to inventory accuracy and defects.
