Job summary

IntelliSource is seeking an ICQA Associate to support inventory accuracy, quality control, and shrink reduction in a high-volume e-commerce fulfillment environment. You will identify discrepancies, perform cycle counts, research root causes, and partner with operations to improve inventory integrity.

Contract duration is immediate through about December 31, 2026, with final dates based on business needs. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, data-savvy, and comfortable with warehouse systems

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy essential.
• Basic computer and data-entry skills necessary.
• Ability to use handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
• Good problem-solving and investigative skills.
• Clear communication with associates, supervisors, and managers.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cycle counts and validate physical inventory against system records.
• Research and resolve inventory discrepancies (missing, misplaced, damaged, overage/shortage).
• Verify locations, quantities, item identifiers, and status across the facility.
• Investigate variances and identify root causes; support reconciliations and adjustments.
• Conduct quality audits across inbound to outbound processes and document defects.
• Identify errors that could impact shipments or customer satisfaction and provide feedback to leadership.
• Support shrink reduction through auditing and trend analysis and escalation when needed.
• Track data from warehouse systems and prepare routine inventory/quality reports.
