Job summary

Wineshipping COM LLC is seeking an Inventory Control/Quality Assurance Level 2 to safeguard warehouse inventory accuracy and drive data-driven improvements. You will perform advanced cycle counts, variance analysis, and process validation to support efficient operations.

Based in Earth City, MO, the role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, a team-focused environment, and opportunities to collaborate across departments using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and scanners to keep stock precise and compliant.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in inventory management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with ERP/WMS systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Responsibilities

• Track and tally inventory; create/update reports to maintain accuracy.
• Conduct cycle counts; investigate variances and reconcile discrepancies.
• Analyze inventory data to identify issues and improve processes.
• Coordinate with other teams to implement corrective actions and improve workflows.
• Generate reports from the WMS to guide ICQA decisions.
