GE Vernova is seeking an Inventory Lead Specialist to oversee daily warehouse and inventory operations, ensuring data integrity in SAP and adherence to procedures. You will lead the inventory team, drive continuous improvement, and support cross-functional supply chain activities.

The role requires strong SAP MM/WM skills, cycle counting and physical inventory experience, plus the ability to train staff and resolve high-priority escalations.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 3+ years in warehouse/inventory.
• Or HS diploma with 5+ years of warehouse/inventory experience.
• Strong SAP proficiency (MM/WM).
• Experience with cycle counting, physical inventory, and inventory accuracy programs.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead, train, and collaborate across teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead SAP work order management and logistics coordination.
• Resolve COGI, Backflush, and open Transfer Order errors.
• Oversee LL01, LU04, and LB11 with corrective actions.
• Maintain Material Master accuracy and MMRD setup for new parts.
• Provide SAP training and support to the team.
• Drive cycle counting execution and improvements.
• Lead physical inventory planning and execution.
• Ensure proper put-away and minimize dummy locations.
• Maintain SOPs and ensure compliance.
• Oversee MTD/ECN submissions and timeliness.
• Identify process improvements; participate in Lean/Kaizen.
• Guide inventory personnel daily; resolve high-priority escalations.
• Assist warehouse operations as needed.
