Job summary

Sephora Mississippi Distribution Center in Olive Branch is seeking a full-time warehouse associate to manage inventory, perform cycle counts, and assist with order fulfillment. You will use RF terminals, support standard packing procedures, and help with promotional packaging and samples for online orders.

The role requires basic math skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• Previous distribution/warehouse experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Familiarity with warehouse procedures and safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Perform inventory control activities including overflow/cycle counts and researching missing product for orders.
• Respond to questions from co-workers concerning product location and status.
• Conduct audits on packed orders to ensure quality standards.
• Perform slotting and cubiscan activities for Retail Operations.
• Put together special promotional packages and gift bags.
• Inventory and track samples for Dotcom orders.
• Follow all safety rules and report violations to supervision.
• Provide high quality internal and external customer service.
