Job summary

Sephora is hiring a Warehouse Associate at our Mississippi Distribution Center in Olive Branch. You will receive, stock, pick, pack, prep, and ship orders for retail stores and online customers, following SOPs and safety rules.

You’ll be cross-trained across receiving, picking, packing, and shipping to support daily operations. The role requires familiarity with RF terminals and WMS picking, as well as basic math skills and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience with warehouse systems and RF devices.
• Ability to learn warehouse layout and processes.
• Capable of basic arithmetic and accurate counting.

Responsibilities

• Receive, stock, pick, pack, prep and ship Sephora orders.
• Follow safety rules and report violations promptly.
• Maintain attendance and flexibility to work shifts and overtime.
• Collaborate with teammates and cross-train in multiple functions.
