Job summary

Davinci Micro Fulfillment Inc is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist in Pittston, PA to maintain accurate stock records, manage inventory levels, and oversee warehouse organization. You will perform cycle counts, reconcile data in WMS/ERP, audit shipments, and identify obsolete stock for disposition, with emphasis on accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced facility.

Qualifications

3-5+ years in inventory control roles.
Proficiency in MS Office and experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and/or ERP software.
Strong mathematical skills, attention to detail, analytical skills for discrepancy investigation, and communication skills.
Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift/move up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Inventory Accuracy: conduct daily/weekly/monthly cycle counts and physical counts to ensure system accuracy (KPI = 98.5%); alert management to issues and propose corrective actions.
Data Management: enter and update inventory data (receiving, shipments, adjustments) into ERP/WMS; keep records of issues and actions.
Stock Organization: ensure proper storage, labeling, and rotation (FIFO/LIFO) and optimize inventory placement for picking and space.
Reporting & Analysis: monitor inventory reports to identify discrepancies, shrinkage, or slow-moving items and report findings to management.
Process Improvement: develop or refine procedures to improve warehouse efficiency and safety.
Other: perform additional duties as needed.
