Qualifications

• Strong mathematical skills, attention to detail, and analytical abilities.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Inventory Accuracy: conduct cycle/counts and maintain KPI of 98.5% accuracy; alert management to issues.
• Data Management: enter/update inventory data in ERP/WMS; keep records of issues and actions.
• Stock Organization: proper storage, labeling, rotation (FIFO/LIFO), optimize placement for picking and space.
• Reporting & Analysis: monitor reports to identify discrepancies, shrinkage, or slow-moving items; report findings.
• Process Improvement: develop/refine procedures to improve warehouse efficiency and safety.
• Other: additional responsibilities as assigned.
