Job summary

Davinci Micro Fulfillment Inc in Erlanger, KY is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to maintain accurate stock records, manage inventory levels to prevent shortages or overages, and oversee warehouse organization. You will perform cycle counts, reconcile data in the WMS/ERP, audit shipments, and optimize inventory placement for efficient picking.

You must have 3–5+ years in inventory control, be proficient with MS Office (especially Excel), and familiarity with WMS/ERP systems.

Qualifications

3–5+ years in inventory control roles.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel) and experience with WMS/ERP systems.
Strong math, attention to detail, and analytical abilities for discrepancy investigation.
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

Conduct daily, weekly, or monthly cycle counts and physical inventories to ensure system accuracy.
Enter and update inventory data in the ERP/WMS, maintaining records of issues and actions.
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and rotation (FIFO/LIFO) for efficient picking and storage.
Monitor inventory reports to identify discrepancies, shrinkage, or slow-moving items and report findings to management.
Develop or refine procedures to optimize warehouse efficiency and safety.
Other responsibilities as assigned.
