SupplyHouse is seeking an Inventory Control Manager for our Farmers Branch, TX fulfillment center. You will oversee all inventory control processes, set performance standards, and drive improvements to increase throughput and reduce shrinkage, while coaching leaders and turning data into action.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED and at least 2 years in inventory management with experience managing exempt staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years inventory management experience.
• Experience managing exempt employees.
• Understanding of distribution flow, integration, and automation.
• Strong critical thinking and problem forecasting.
• Continuous improvement experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all Inventory Control processes and procedures.
• Develop performance standards and monitor metrics.
• Identify inefficiencies and propose throughput improvements.
• Oversee inventory audits and align with targets.
• Standardize processes to improve accuracy and reduce shrinkage.
• Implement inventory consolidation and replenishment strategies.
• Propose FC standardization initiatives to leadership.
• Lead performance reviews with the leadership team.
• Address disciplinary and personnel issues as needed.
• Coach and develop Team Leads and associates.
