SupplyHouse.com seeks an Inventory Control Manager to lead our Farmers Branch, TX fulfillment center. You will oversee Inventory Control operations, establish KPIs, and drive improvements to throughput and accuracy.

Responsibilities include audits, process standardization, and coaching team leads to build a strong safety and engagement culture. Candidates should have at least 2 years in inventory management and experience supervising exempt staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years inventory management experience.
• Experience managing exempt employees.
• Understanding of distribution flow and automation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all processes for Inventory Control operations.
• Identify and develop key performance standards and metrics.
• Evaluate inefficiencies and propose throughput improvements.
• Oversee inventory audits to align with quarterly targets.
• Develop and standardize processes to improve inventory accuracy.
• Establish inventory optimization techniques and obsolete inventory handling.
• Develop consolidation and replenishment processes to optimize locations and capacity.
• Propose process improvements for FC standardization and execution.
• Deliver performance reviews and monthly check-ins with leadership team.
• Address performance-related incidents and disciplinary actions.
• Coach and develop Team Leads and associates for engagement.
• Attend HR Leadership meetings twice a month.
• Promote a safe working environment and safety culture.
