The position requires 2+ years in inventory management, strong communication, and a proven track record in process improvement. Occasional extended hours may be needed to meet peak demands. Base salary ranges from $78,600 to $98,250 per year.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of Inventory Management experience.
• Experience managing exempt employees.
• Understanding of distribution flow, integration, and automation.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all processes and procedures for Inventory Control operations.
• Identify and develop key performance standards and metrics to drive culture and achieve targets.
• Develop and standardize processes to improve inventory accuracy and minimize shrinkage.
• Establish inventory optimization techniques while handling obsolete inventory.
• Deliver performance reviews and conduct monthly check-ins with leadership team.
• Train and mentor Team Leads and associates to build engagement.
• Attend HR Leadership meetings twice a month.
• Create a safe working environment and promote safety culture.
