Crissair, a long-standing manufacturer of precision aerospace components, seeks a material/control coordinator to streamline the flow of jobs through the machine shop. You will manage raw material stock, coordinate with the Mexico facility, and prepare job packets and paperwork for machining.

Responsibilities include issuing work orders, maintaining stock locations, and performing weekly chemical inventories while ensuring compliance with certifications and blueprints.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or GED.
• Language: Good command of English (written and spoken).
• Math: Add, subtract, multiply, and divide; compute rates and percentages.
• Reasoning: Understand instructions and handle concrete variables.
• Computer/Office: Basic Windows, ERP/Inventory, MS Office, 10-Key, typing.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate material movements and job transfer to machining; prepare job packets.
• Issue work orders and print drawings and certs; manage stock locations.
• Perform weekly inventory checks; ensure certifications and heat-treat docs are compliant.
• Maintain clean, organized work area; support lean process improvements.
