Job summary

CSI Aerospace, Inc. a subsidiary of HEICO Corporation, seeks an Inventory Control Specialist to manage inventory counts, maintain accuracy, and support material planning for manufacturing.

You will perform cycle counts, coordinate with production, issue Manufacturing Orders for in-house parts, and release purchase orders when the purchasing lead is unavailable. Qualifications

• Maintain accurate inventory records and controls.
• Perform monthly cycle counts and assist year-end inventory.
• Investigate overages/shortages and identify root causes.
• Analyze stock levels against demand and production schedules.
• Review requirements and issue Manufacturing Orders for in-house parts.
• Coordinate with production to prevent shortages and delays.
• Release purchase orders when Purchasing Manager is unavailable.
• Identify slow-moving or obsolete inventory and propose solutions.
• Assist in receiving incoming inventory and organizing stock.
• Create and revise MO/WO templates and edit MO/WO as needed.
• Maintain records in Quantum ERP and support time/cost edits.
