Job summary

AST SpaceMobile is seeking an experienced Inventory Control Supervisor to lead inventory accuracy, cycle counts, material transactions, and ERP/MRP-based control in a fast-paced aerospace manufacturing environment. You will collaborate with Planning, Production Control, Receiving, Procurement, Manufacturing, Quality, and Warehouse Operations to ensure uninterrupted material flow.

Qualifications

5+ years in inventory management, supply chain or logistics.
2+ years of leadership experience managing inventory teams.
Strong knowledge of cycle counting and warehouse operations.
Experience using ERP/MRP systems for inventory management.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily inventory control activities including cycle counts and audits.
Ensure inventory records reflect physical inventory through disciplined transaction management.
Investigate discrepancies and perform root-cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
Monitor inventory adjustments and ensure proper approvals and documentation.
Coordinate with Production Control and Manufacturing to ensure material availability.
