Job summary

Senra Systems in Cypress, CA is seeking an Inventory Specialist to maintain inventory accuracy and support material flow in a harness manufacturing environment. You will perform ERP/MRP transactions, cycle counts, discrepancy investigations, and reconciliation to ensure production readiness.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in inventory control or warehousing, experience in Aerospace/Defense, proficiency with Excel, and familiarity with WMS and barcode systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of inventory control, warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing experience.
• Experience in Aerospace/Defense Manufacturing environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records through ERP/MRP transactions.
• Perform daily cycle counts and assist with reconciliation of physical inventory to system records.
• Assist with scheduled physical inventories and kitting allocation activities.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and support corrective actions to improve accuracy.
• Verify material transactions including receipts, issues, transfers, returns, and adjustments.
• Support material kitting and line-side inventory replenishment for production readiness.
