Job summary

AROW Global Corp. is seeking a versatile A+ Team Member for full-time work in Mosinee, Wisconsin. You will flex between MV Assembly, SV Assembly, Fabrication, and Inventory Control to meet demand and boost efficiency.

Through structured training and certification, you’ll gain proficiency across processes and contribute to smooth production flow, staffing support, and overall operational performance.

Responsibilities

• Become trained and certified in multiple positions within a Value Stream.
• Regularly flex between areas to support production requirements and business needs.
• Perform assembly, fabrication, material handling, and support functions while maintaining productivity and quality expectations.
• Maintain a strong understanding of manufacturing processes, work instructions, quality standards, and safety procedures.
• Quickly adapt to new assignments, products, and production schedules.
• Support production continuity during vacations, absences, staffing shortages, and fluctuations in customer demand.
• Demonstrate flexibility and a willingness to work in various manufacturing environments.
• Assist with training, coaching, and sharing best practices with fellow team members when appropriate.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
• Maintain excellent attendance, safety, quality, and performance standards.
