Job summary

AROW Global Corp in Mosinee, Wisconsin is seeking an Inventory Control Team Lead for 1st shift and weekend openings. The role oversees IC workflow, schedules, and training while maintaining a safe, organized plant capable of meeting production demands.

Reporting to the Materials Supervisor, you will drive daily targets, coordinate staffing with the supervisor, participate in daily meetings, and help implement 5S and lean initiatives while ensuring quality and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of manufacturing experience with 1-2 years in a leadership role.
• Experience with ERP software; knowledge of IFS is preferred.
• Ability to drive a forklift or obtain license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and clean work environment and ensure documentation is accurate.
• Guide production staff to achieve daily targets and on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with Materials Supervisor to establish work schedules and staffing.
• Report deviations to daily plans and safety/quality concerns.
• Participate in daily shift start meetings and continuous improvement efforts.
• Perform quality checks to verify compliance with standards.
• Ensure adequate materials and materials orders as needed.
• Support training and track weekly progress with supervision.
• Contribute to 5S and lean initiatives.
