Job summary

Purple Innovation, LLC is seeking an experienced Inventory Manager to lead warehouse inventory across raw materials, finished goods, and non-inventoried items. You will coordinate with the Senior Operations Manager and warehouse teams to maintain lean, accurate inventory practices and timely resolutions of discrepancies.

Requirements include a four-year degree in business or analytics and 5+ years in inventory management, with strong supervision, planning, and ERP/WMS experience.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Business or Analytics preferred.
• Inventory management experience with at least 5 years.
• Strong supervision and planning capabilities.
• Proficient in ERP/WMS systems and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage warehouse inventory for raw materials, finished goods and non-inventoried items.
• Coordinate cycle counts, audits, and adjustments; approve changes.
• Provide reports on inventory anomalies and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Warehouse Manager, supervisors and production lines.
• Develop and monitor lean, efficient inventory practices across facilities.
• Coordinate with Logistics, Finance and Inventory teams on audit timelines.
