The Inventory Control Manager 2 will maintain inventory accuracy across the site and partner with multiple functions to optimize performance and reduce excess, driving continuous improvement.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; 8+ years in materials/inventory roles.
• Experience leading inventory accuracy initiatives, cycle counts, physical inventories.
• Strong analytical and leadership skills to coach and manage teams.
• Advanced knowledge of MRP/ERP systems and inventory management.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication.

Aufgaben

• Lead inventory control activities to ensure accurate inventory records, cycle count compliance, and successful physical inventory execution.
• Collaborate with customers, purchasing, planning, project management, warehouse operations, and business units to manage inventory performance and meet customer expectations.
• Analyze inventory and materials data from MRP systems to identify trends, discrepancies, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Manage excess and obsolete inventory disposition activities, including customer negotiations, inventory reduction initiatives, and material sales coordination.
• Develop, implement, and enhance inventory control processes, policies, procedures, and performance metrics to improve operational efficiency and inventory accuracy.
