Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred.
• 2+ years of inventory control, warehouse, or materials management experience.
• Experience performing cycle counts and inventory reconciliation.
• Proficiency with ERP systems, WMS, or inventory software.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled cycle counts according to procedures.
• Investigate and reconcile discrepancies; identify root causes and corrective actions.
• Process inventory adjustments with proper documentation.
• Monitor accuracy and report trends, variances, and issues to management.
• Conduct physical counts and assist with audits.
• Verify transactions (receipts, transfers, returns, shipments).
• Maintain inventory records in ERP/WMS system.
• Collaborate with warehouse and operations to resolve issues.
• Maintain organization and accuracy of inventory locations.
• Follow inventory control policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Help develop best practices to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Generate inventory reports and analysis to support decisions.
• Support receiving, stocking, and warehouse activities as needed.
