TopView Group is seeking an Inventory Control Manager in Queens, NYC to oversee inventory across multiple locations, optimize flows, and reduce costs. You will lead a dispersed team, implement robust procedures, and ensure accurate records while supporting rapid growth and global expansion.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in a related field, 5+ years in inventory control (2+ in management), ERP experience, and strong analytical skills. Expect 50+ hour weeks, weekend work, and travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or related field (required).
• 5+ years in inventory control with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Experience managing inventory across multiple locations.
• Proficiency with inventory management software and ERP systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement inventory control procedures and compliance across locations.
• Maintain records of inventory, receipts, and consumption.
• Conduct regular audits and cycle counts to verify physical vs system records.
• Identify storage solutions for different inventory types.
• Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Monitor levels to prevent stockouts/overstocking.
• Improve processes and workflows; implement system enhancements.
• Lead and train a small inventory control team.
