US Foods, Inc. in Colorado is seeking a Manager, Inventory Control to lead inventory management across the warehouse and partner with Finance and Supply Chain to improve processes, protect assets, and drive key results.

You will coach a high-performing team, apply root cause analysis, monitor weekly inventory adjustments, and ensure compliance with SOX while maintaining safe, cost-conscious operations.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in inventory control or warehousing.
• Strong understanding of inventory control procedures.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Intermediate proficiency with Excel and Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Labor planning and scheduling of inventory control staff, ensuring timely completion.
• Coach and develop a high-performing team with clear expectations and metrics.
• Apply root cause analysis to drive continuous improvement and measure ROI.
• Identify and resolve root causes of inventory losses with cross-functional partners.
• Oversee vendor packaging reclamation, rework, and on-site repackaging as needed.
• Review and approve customer credit requests and ensure SOX controls are followed.
