Qualifikationen

• 5 years of inventory control experience in food distribution.
• Prefer a 4-year college degree in a related discipline.
• Experience with IBM AS400 is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Monitor and inspect produce at the dock to ensure quality and correct quantities.
• Oversee receiving and inventory adjustments for accuracy in the mainframe.
• Report daily physical cycle counts for frozen, cooler, and dry goods.
• Manage slotting and labeling of new items in the warehouse.
• Inform VP/GM and Warehouse Management of potential problems.
• Research inventory losses and implement solutions.
• Oversee cycle count program and adherence to HACCP/MSDS.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure continuous information flow.
