Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. in Redlands, CA, is seeking an Inventory Control Manager to lead inventory accuracy, cycle counts, shrink analysis, and financial reporting at our fast-paced distribution center.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
5+ years’ experience leading in a high-volume distribution environment.
Ability to analyze results, develop conclusions, and implement strategies.
Strong communication and stakeholder management across Finance, Operations and Supply Chain.

Responsibilities

Lead Inventory Control, Cycle Count, Accuracy & Compliance, and Inventory Research teams.
Oversee month-end/year-end inventory processes and financial accruals; ensure SOX compliance.
Develop and monitor KPIs, internal controls and reporting; partner with auditors.
Drive best practices, system enhancements, and cross-functional collaboration to improve accuracy and efficiency.
