They are a tightly run, mission-driven organization with a strong culture and a product line that genuinely matters. They are growing and looking to add a key operations leader to the team.

They are seeking an experienced supply chain professional to take full ownership of procurement, logistics, and inventory for their manufacturing operation. If you have a background in industrial or manufacturing environments, know how to manage complex material flows, and bring the discipline and instincts to keep operations running efficiently, this is a high-visibility role worth a close look.

What You’ll Own

Purchasing and Procurement:

  • Manage the full purchasing cycle from requisitions and POs to supplier negotiations and performance management
  • Run MRP and demand planning tools to stay ahead of stock needs for specialized industrial components and materials
  • Build and maintain supplier relationships that hold up under pressure

Logistics and Supply Chain:

  • Oversee domestic and international shipments, freight, and container scheduling
  • Handle export documentation and maintain compliance with all import/export requirements
  • Manage everything from small parcel to full container shipments, including coordination with global customers and vendors

Inventory Control:

  • Maintain accurate inventory records and lead cycle counts and physical inventories
  • Resolve discrepancies and implement controls that keep operations running without surprises

ERP and Data:

  • Serve as the go-to resource for purchasing, inventory, and job cost data in the ERP system
  • Support teams across Operations, Sales, and Accounting
  • Identify and drive opportunities to improve ERP workflows and operational processes
What We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years in purchasing, logistics, or inventory control, ideally in a manufacturing or industrial environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, or operations (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong ERP background required; Syspro experience is a significant advantage
  • Solid working knowledge of MRP, demand planning, and international freight logistics
  • Sharp with data, composed under pressure, and genuinely collaborative

You will sit at the intersection of operations, finance, and supply chain for a niche manufacturer with a strong global reputation and a product line tied to environmental protection and industrial safety. The company offers stability, meaningful work, and the opportunity to shape how the supply chain function operates and scales.
