Responsibilities

• Enforce SOPs for inventory transfers and stock adjustments.
• Manage returns, restocks, and seasonal inventory rollovers.
• Coordinate warehouse transfers and order pulls for daily e-commerce and events.
• Collaborate with customer service to resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Fulfill specialized customer orders and provide shipment updates.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

The Inventory Control Manager will lead continuous cycle counting procedures, ensure the strict accuracy of product records, and coordinate seamlessly with key stakeholders.

Essential Job Functions

• Lead semi-annual physical counts and continuous cycle counting procedures to ensure accurate inventory records.
• Maintain accurate product information, locations, quantities, and costs.
• Assist and coordinate with external auditors for the end-of-year audit and inventory observation procedures.
• Enforce standard operating procedures for all inventory transfers and stock adjustments.
• Manage return processing, restocks, and seasonal inventory rollovers.
• Facilitate warehouse transfers and order pulls to support daily E-commerce and Event operations.
• Collaborate with customer service to research and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Fulfill specialized customer orders and provide timely shipment updates.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
