Responsibilities

• Lead semi-annual physical counts and continuous cycle counting.
• Maintain accurate product information, locations, quantities, and costs.
• Assist and coordinate with external auditors for year-end audit and inventory observations.
• Enforce SOPs for inventory transfers and stock adjustments.
• Manage returns, restocks, and seasonal inventory rollovers.
• Coordinate warehouse transfers and order pulls for daily e-commerce and events.
• Collaborate with customer service to resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Fulfill specialized customer orders and provide shipment updates.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
