Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or related field preferred.
• Minimum two years of experience in inventory control, warehouse management, or related field.
• Experience with inventory management systems such as D365, SAP, or Oracle.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• CPIM or CSCP certification preferred.
• Ability to frequently lift up to 40 pounds, up to 150 pounds with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory levels and place replenishment orders to prevent shortages or excess.
• Perform inventory cycle counts to ensure physical counts match records.
• Coordinate receipt, storage, and distribution of inventory.
• Rotate inventory using FIFO and optimize storage space.
• Disposal of inventory according to policies and procedures.
• Inspect shipments and conduct quality control to identify defects.
• Collaborate with teams to validate parts for production.
• Maintain documentation of quality control processes and findings.
• Support production targets and assist in setting up production areas for new products.
• Adhere to safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment.
