Responsibilities

• Maintains inventory control activities including documenting, storing, rotating, retrieving, and distributing materials and supplies.
• Monitors and maintains inventory levels and communicates replenishment needs to management.
• Ensures FIFO storage and proper handling of inventory per procedures and quality standards.
• Coordinates supply room coverage to ensure material availability for production operations.
• Process inventory documentation, requisitions, and related records.
• Conduct cycle counts and identify discrepancies to support accurate records.
• Prepare outbound shipments and ensure packaging and shipping labels.
• Collaborate with production and shipping teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
