Responsibilities

• Lead inventory control across raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.
• Develop, enhance, and standardize inventory control processes.
• Ensure accuracy of SAP inventory transactions (goods movements, adjustments, transfers).
• Monitor SAP variances and drive cross-functional corrective actions.
• Train and develop team while fostering accountability and engagement.
• Prepare and distribute monthly inventory reconciliation letters to customers and suppliers.
• Lead regular reviews with customers to resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Maintain audit trails of confirmations and resolutions.
• Lead annual physical inventory and system reconciliation with Production, Planning and Logistics; drive best practices.
