DHL Supply Chain is seeking an Inventory Control Supervisor for an on-site role in Fort Worth, TX. The role requires leading the non-exempt Inventory Control Team, improving processes, and ensuring inventory accuracy per agreements.

The candidate should have knowledge of inventory control and systems like JDA, Manhattan, WMS, DMPLUS, and SAP. A high school diploma is required, with a bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent 4 years experience, required.
• Some knowledge of inventory control, preferred.
• Knowledge of systems such as JDA, Manhattan, WMS, DMPLUS, SAP, etc. required.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and coordination of the non-exempt Inventory Control Team daily activities to maintain accurate inventory records per service level agreement.
• Assist site Inventory Control and Operations Leadership in assessing inventory inaccuracies and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure customer inventory accuracy and shrink contractual requirements are monitored and reported to site leadership.
• Maximize performance of site inventory processes and systems for care, custody, and control of customer inventory.
• Provide documentation to customers and auditors in support of compliance requirements.
• Ensure a safe, secure, clean and fair work environment for associates.
• Conduct associate performance reviews and development plans.
