Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years of related work experience preferred.
• Experience in warehouse or inventory control is a plus.
• Excellent audit skills and attention to detail are essential.
• Proficiency with Excel and reporting is required.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and publishes weekly inventory count, spot audit, and quality audit schedules.
• Coordinates inventory count, spot audit, and quality audit schedules with Warehouse Supervisors daily.
• Provides daily written and electronic analysis and statistics of inventory and audits results.
• Assists with spot audit processes including unloading, receiving, checking, locating, packing, and shipping; records results in Excel.
• Interacts with supervisors to identify trends or processes needing corrective action.
• Reads and responds to emails promptly.
