Crane Worldwide Logistics LLC is seeking a Warehouse Operative at our Lockbourne, OH facility. The role centers on inventory control, audits, and coordinating counts with supervisors to allocate resources effectively.

Applicants should have 3+ years of related experience, a High School Diploma/GED, and strong communication, teamwork, and audit skills. Proficiency with WMS and Excel is preferred. Some lifting and physical tasks are required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates inventory needs and implements strategies to meet those needs.
• Establishes and publishes weekly inventory count, spot audit, and quality audit schedules.
• Coordinates inventory count, spot audit, and quality audit schedules with Warehouse Supervisors daily.
• Provides daily written and electronic reports of inventory count and audit results.
• Spot audit unloading, receiving, checking, locating, packing, and shipping; documents results in Excel.
• Interacts with supervisors to identify trends and corrective actions.
