Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 7+ years of relevant professional experience including leadership.
• Experience leading inventory control, warehouse operations, or distribution center teams.
• Experience using WMS, ERP platforms, and inventory reporting tools.
• Leadership and ability to drive operational performance in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead Inventory Supervisors, Team Leads, and Inventory Specialists.
• Monitor performance against operational and customer KPIs.
• Support workforce planning, staffing, training, and development.
• Foster accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
• Manage cycle counts, physical inventories, reconciliations, and investigations.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and audit readiness.
• Analyze inventory data to identify trends and improvements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Quality, and Client Services.
